Frequently Asked Questions

Our rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

You are welcome to arrive at any time. If you arrive before 15:00 and your room is already ready, we will be happy to grant you an early check-in. If your room is not ready yet, you can already enjoy the hotel facilities: Wellness area, Lisi World, Lisi Bar, etc.

We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms at 11:00 am on the day of departure.

A late check-out can only be requested the day before departure and availability is subject to occupancy. You are still welcome to enjoy the wellness area and Lisi World all day on the day of departure.

We offer free (uncovered) parking directly at the hotel. A charging station for electric vehicles is available free of charge.

The majority of our rooms have a balcony or terrace.

You are welcome to borrow the following products on request: cot, fall-out protection, baby monitor (range of 500 metres), baby bath, changing mat, nappy pail, child toilet seat, step stool, baby food/ bottle warmer, baby care set, travel buggy.

In the room you will find a tray with a kettle including tea equipment.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged family member with you on holiday. We charge € 25.00/day without food for your animal friend. Please understand that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the dining rooms and lounges. Not even on the sunbathing lawns and in the wellness area. Due to the ideal location of our hotel, numerous walking and hiking trails are at your disposal.

Our Lisi gourmet breakfast is available daily from 07:30 to 10:30.

Our Lisi lunch buffet is available daily from 12:00 to 13:30.

Fruit juices from the company “Rauch”, soda water, mountain spring water and soft drinks, as well as beer and wine.

During Lisi’s “Sweet Hour”, which takes place daily from 15:00 to 16:00, homemade cakes or strudels from our patisserie are offered. As a refreshment, there is also an ice cream treat for young and old.

Our evening buffet is available daily from 17:30 to 21:30.

Our All Inclusive board includes our gourmet breakfast, our lunch buffet, our afternoon sweet hour, snacks throughout, our evening buffet, soft drinks as well as beer and wine.

Diets, vegetarian, vegan or e.g. gluten-free diets do not pose any problems. Please let us know before your stay.

If possible, please let us know about allergies and food intolerances before your stay.

We offer special toddler buffets with Hipp products and a Lisi children’s buffet at lunch and dinner.

Baby food corner from Hipp, milk formula and various jars are available at all times. Baby plates & baby spoons, bibs, microwave for heating baby food.

Our indoor playground is open daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

We offer 500 m² of play, fun, excitement and much more with a programme that changes weekly.

We ask for your understanding that children can only be looked after by our team from the age of 3 and as soon as they are diaper-free.

We are happy to welcome non-hotel guests to Lisi World. However, we ask that you book in advance to ensure that there is sufficient availability.

Our wellness area is available to you daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

No, you are welcome to use the bathrobe provided for you in the room in the spa area. You will find towels directly at the reception.

Our indoor pool has a water temperature of 29°C.

No, our outdoor pool is only open in summer.

Our outdoor pool has a water temperature of 24°C.

Various saunas and relaxation rooms, fitness room, whirlpool and a tea lounge await you. You will find various beauty and massage treatments for a fee in our Wellness & SPA area.

Our sauna area is open daily from 14:00 to 21:00. In case of bad weather, however, the saunas are heated earlier.

You are also welcome to use our wellness area as an external guest for a fee. We kindly ask you to book in advance to ensure that there is sufficient availability.

You can enjoy the shopping experience in our Lisi Shop daily from 8:00 to 21:00.

Yes, we will be happy to send you your favourite products or gift items for your loved ones by post directly to your home.

We work together with the Reith Ski School, which is on site daily at the hotel for questions and bookings. You are welcome to contact the team directly from 08:15 to 08:45 and from 16:30 to 17:30. As well as by telephone on: +43 5356 65496

You are welcome to find a small ski rental shop directly in the hotel. Here you can find a small selection of skis, ski boots, ski poles and helmets. The ski rental is open daily from 08:15 to 08:45 and from 16:30 to 17:30.

The hotel does not offer a shuttle service. However, you will find a ski bus stop a few metres from the hotel. The bus runs regularly and takes guests directly to the cable car.
